This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you contact Lizzie Warren Wilson through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data I collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, the message you write, and any files you attach for a quote. I do not collect anything else. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
If you attach files, please only send what's needed for a quote, and avoid highly sensitive material unless we've agreed how to handle it — message me first if in doubt.
Why I use it and the lawful basis
I use your data solely to read your enquiry and reply to it — for example, to provide a quote or answer a question. The lawful basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who sees it
Your message is sent straight to my personal inbox. Nothing is stored on the website itself, sold or shared. The only third parties involved are technical providers that make the site work:
- Cloudflare — hosting and secure transport of the form submission.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on the form.
- Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of any files you attach, so I can download them to prepare your quote.
These providers act as processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.
How long I keep it
I keep your message only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which it is deleted. Any attached files are deleted automatically after 60 days, and sooner once a job is done.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, just email me at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
